I remember you reported rather hot indoor temperatures previous summers despite not living in a climate with very hot summers. Is your new place better ventalited. Or shaded?

I got hammered. constant lightning, loud thunder right overhead. Sideways rain. Just had a 35mph Wind gust. Mostly gusting 20-25mph strangely from the Northeast.

10 minutes later Thunder abruptly stopped. That was Nuts.

3/4" of rain in minutes??! Have to confirm with my other gauges. Geesus

Friend was on a train on the New Haven line at the time, wonder if he got decent storm watching. My lights flickered on and off, wonder what that does to a train?

I'm getting used to the heat. At 6 pm, it was 87°F with a dew point of 73°F, didn't bother turn on my car's A/C, just windows open. Two weeks ago I'd turn on the A/C in cooler weather. Though, sun makes a big difference.

Highs were in the low 80s with north winds today, still a warm day but about as cold as it gets on a sunny day in July. Lows should be near 60 for the next few nights Should be a great year to be outside for the 4th
