Winters seem great; daytime highs slightly above freezing with nighttime lows slightly below freezing. Good amount of snow. But summers are rather weak. I prefer summers to be hot enough to swim in an outdoor unheated pool. I give it a B.

A+, it's fantastic. Someone has messed with the averages - 61-90 averages have average highs below freezing in Jan and Feb.
