Oslo. I dislike hot summers, but Oslo summers are not hot by any means, at most it has a couple of hot days. Dublin summers are too cool even for me.

Oslo for the summers, thought winters would most certainly be Dublin. Interestly I have a big fascination with Norway despite the weather and in that 2 houses in the world thread I picked Bergen in the summer.

Oslo has a better climate all year round except for the month of April.
