Dublin all the way it is a thousand times better than St. Petersburg. St. Pertersburg already starts to get too cold by October with an average temperature of 47 degrees and that is too cold for fall. Winters are a bit too long. Dublin on the other hand has better winters and rainfall is pretty good even though they have summers cooler than what I would like. Plus, it is Ireland which is an awesome country so Dublin wins by a wide margin.
