It looks good from april to october, and tolerable in November and March but I would have to leave the city between December and February, that's too cold for me.

Odd how the precipitation pattern differs from our coastal locations. And why it lags so much less than ours, despite a heavy UHI.

Too cold and gloomy, so D. But, I was there once in summer, and the weather as actually quite nice. Snuny and about 75F.
