An A grade from me. Summers are decent (albeit somewhat too hot), Winters are good temperature-wise, with the right length and intensity of good weather, and the annual precipitation doesn't look bad, although it could use a bit more precipitation. Springs and Autumns look right as well. Precipitation looks rather even throughout the year although there is a peak in Summer. This place likely gets a decent amount of snow during the Winter, although I wouldn't describe the likely figure as all that snowy.
It's actually quite similar to Thunder Bay, Ontario, which I have also given an A grade to. The only significant difference is the record highs are lower and precipitation is more even in Perm.
A-. I would've given it a lower grade if this poll was around a few weeks ago because of its cold winters, but after experiencing 0F, it's not as cold as I thought it would be. Still colder than I'd like it to be, though.
