A. Comfortable, not too hot summers, not too cold (especially for Russia) winters. The only bad thing in this climate is relative lack of sunshine, but it's not serious for me.

its weird that kalinigrad has july 23c and gdansk which isnt far away is only 21.6c

I give it an D- winters are cold harsh and cloudy and it never really warms up. only good thing I can say about it is that it's not colder.
