^^ Of course but they are colder than the winters where I live now and I already find winters here too cold

Yes, but you've lived in Ottawa, which is not much warmer than Arkhangelsk in the winter (and much colder than Krasnodar).

Yes and let me tell you living in Ottawa was PURE HELL. I went to university there and after the first year I never wanted to go outside between Dec-Mar and only went if I absolutely had to. I was so depressed every year I was there as I missed the green here. I still have friends in Ottawa but I will NEVER go back there for a visit in winter EVER. I'm only going back for a visit in summer if I go again.

Very similar temperatures year-round to my area. The only big exception being their lower winter record lows. It has its ups and downs. B- overall.

Looks like a drier but somewhat gloomier version of NYC. One of the best climates in Russia IMO (only cities directly on the Black Sea such as Sochi are better). Still, I think those winters are bit too cold and long for me, though they could be much worse considering this city is in Russia.

I'll give it a B.
