Nice climate. Nice precipitation and sunshine! Also it has nice temperatures though I would like a little bit cooler summers. Also I like the sporadic snow. A-

Good for Russia. Though winters are still cold and summers are a bit too warm.

The daily mean in the winter is 0C. Don't see how it has a Cfa climate?
