^^ I'd rate that a C, cool winters and nice summers, but winters still too mild for my liking.

Horrible year round. Seriously? Warmer highs then Chicago in Russia during the winter, and a nonexistent summer? Fail.

B-. Winters are VERY mild for Russia but summers are rather anemic. Bump those summer highs up by 10 degrees and I'd give it an A.

funny... this is almost identical to göteborgs monthly averages between 2000-2010. calculated them just a couple of days ago.
