B. I'm sure the snowfall is higher, the averages look pretty sad. The wikipedia article probably mixed up centimeters with inches. 77" is a lot more believable figure. But temps are nice, just too warm in wintertime.

I am glad that this one is good for the cold lovers, I've never seen a mild climate Siberian High (former evan2222) gave an B to.

C-/D+ the winters are somewhat tolerable but what really kills it is it's non existent summer. I can't live in a place that never warms up.
