I think they are saying it's no longer a watch, it is now a warning, i.e. it's going to happen

Yeah, they'll say a watch is cancelled when its no longer in effect, meaning its not a watch anymore, it's a warning.

I like this link that shows all States & Counties for all watches/warnings.

I was supposed to go on a snowshoe hike early this morning. I stayed in bed.

Good luck and be safe with the storm guys. It started early here and hasn't stopped. Over 2 inches now. Here's a pic I took at 10:30am.

Snow totals have been updated...and increased. It just started snowing here about an hour ago, very light right now.

Sat. evening, there was merely a couple of inches of new snow.
As of 1:20 a.m. Sunday, 6 fluffy inches have accumulated on my fire escape.
That's in addition to the inch of hard dense crusty snow that was there before, from days ago.
Curious to find out what the total will be, compared to the predictions.

Wish I could've used the map, but my county was cut off at the bottom, not included in the maps.
Couldn't figure out how to find a parallel page with the southern counties of VT-do you know of one ?
