I think this is big enough project for another post. Just saw this one, has more details. It looks like there is a decent chance for more development next to this, so states article.

Another small job increase. But GOOD paying jobs, and I suppose, every little bit helps, and the "little bits" can eventually add up to a, well "not so bad" of job increases. lol

This could really "set things into positive motion" downtown, if this came to pass. This would be terrific for downtown and Tyler!
