Supposedly where Planet fitness is now. That whole shopping center got sold. It will be some type of new development. So it makes sense for them to move. Now don't quote me on this. This is what I have been told by the owner of the gym I work out at.

New Orleans based developer purchased some more buildings in downtown Tyler.

I really believe Tyler is about to take off in a way we have never seen before. It's a gold mind, not only residents of Tyler know. But the rest of the state and people from out of state know about also.

What we need. Dutch Bros coffee plans to open 3 locations in Tyler. Tyler rites lover their coffee. So what does that make Tyler have. 58 different coffee shops.

It's not Tyler but it's close enough. If this comes to fruition for Longview. It will definitely be a game changer from them and all of East TX.

I just saw, on the SW corner between Crow Road and OJ, a new sign for a future car dealer (if I saw correctly a Cadillac one).
