The fact that still today Casey's defense did not explain why if the child died in the pool , why did they dump the body down the street for animals to chew on... ???? I would ask that question!!
Who would they ask? Casey didn't take the stand.

The defense doesn't have to prove it. They just have to give a plausible alternative to introduce doubt in the juror's mind.

Most dogs and hel* even most cats are brighter than those 12. Well, the foreman was a 30 yr. plus know it all who probably mentioned the word "speculation" 100 times in his interview. Did anyone of them think that maybe they had to look at all of the evidence and form a picture, that it wouldn't be handed to them with a bow on top? I guess this gym teacher was obviously hired more for his brawn than his brains.
It was the LENGTH of the duck tape that was attached to the hair.
They said its length was a perfect fit to reach the other side of her face before decomp took place.
In other words, it was merely an opinion, speculation, there was no proof it was actually stuck over her mouth. If the skin is decomposed, the tape isn't going to be there no matter how hard you try to make it be there. Her jaw joints eventually decomposed and the skin decomposed but you still think that the duct tape stayed there to hold the jaw together?
I wasn't surprised at the verdict. There wasn't enough evidence to prove she did or didn't from the prosecution or defense.
George Anthony didn't present himself favorably and I'm not so sure hes a victim. Reportedly, his ex-wife said he was a nice man, but a liar.
All the disguises in the world wont change who Casey Anthony is on the inside, she still has to live with herself everyday.
