In other words, it was merely an opinion, speculation, there was no proof it was actually stuck over her mouth. If the skin is decomposed, the tape isn't going to be there no matter how hard you try to make it be there. Her jaw joints eventually decomposed and the skin decomposed but you still think that the duct tape stayed there to hold the jaw together?
REALLY!!??!?!?!
Yeah really!!! It was stuck in the hair.
Go back and read, maybe it will finally dawn on you.
Try thinking.
The defense doesn't have to prove it. They just have to give a plausible alternative to introduce doubt in the juror's mind.
Yeah right.. this defense was as believable as saying Caylee was abducted by aliens.
We must look at where the body was. That is evidence and what was found at the scene.. a few houses down in the first wooded area..
Do you really think George being an x cop could possibly put a body there?
Now Casey was not too savvy with her story telling nor where to put the body. Who could believe her. Just a lame brain jury . That is the shock of it all. And some believe George is the murderer..
As far as Casey goes, the extent of her lies was easily found out to be lies. Casey was checked out by the police and it was found out to be all lies..
Taratova, you are so right in, they tried GA for the for the murder and they liked JB. I so sad!
Yes, Baez buttered the jury up with his cunning grin GOOD MORNING" Baez said every day and they always responded with a big smile and a "GOOD MORNING" back. Baez made friends with the jury using emotion which we know this jury was oh so afraid of using their emotion to convict.. Too bad they discounted all the evidence! Total airheads.
