The police, the FBI and all other authorities involved have completely ruled out the Ramsey's as being involved in their daughters death. Patsy died just a few months before the final exoneration was made public.
How can she be ruled out when the ransom letter matches her handwriting?
Thanks Annie...The Andrea Yates case I'm familiar with. Darlie Router, I needed to google. So then, the motivation may have been collecting insurance policy money for the 2 boys?? I'll need to read more.
I saw a program, like Dateline NBC or something like that, anyway.....I can't remember all of the details....but I do remember I think she did it.....and that birthday party at the graves......so soon after they died....unbelievable.....I will never forget that.

Let's not forget Casey Anthony and OJ, in the eyes of the law, they were declared innocent too.
I just can't make up my mind 100% about the Ramseys.....I really, really, really want them to be innocent, but as much as I want that, I still have doubts.
I hope that someday, they do find out who did it.....and I hope it was a stranger.
This thread came up as active when I was looking thru the General Forums, and I don't think some of you got the memo that the mother, who is now deceased, was cleared of the murder, as was her husband. The DNA at the scene points to someone else they haven't picked up on yet. Me, I go the path of least resistance, and I recall reading one of the accounts of the whole situation, and across the street a man was renting a downstairs basement apartment, and the account suggested this man should have been investigated, but he was not. That's just one of many things missed by the detectives on the case, one of many mistakes made by the local police, and it is precisely the handling on the first day or two of an investigation that can make or break a case. But this is not an easy thing to do, especially dealing with crime as out-there as they come. I'm just saying... GG
The case has been discussed endlessly. I'm not sure theres a poster who doesn't know Patsy Ramsey and immediate family were cleared, 16yrs after JonBenets death and I'm still on the fence.
Every peice of crime evidence was gone over again in 2009, 100 suspects.

Not true either. It was said that her handwriting fits the profile but cannot be determined if it was written by her or others that fit the same profile.

How can so many people handwritings look similar? I've never seen anyone who had the exact same handwriting before in my life.

Ask any graphologist, thousands of people can have exact or similiar handwriting. And many a con artist can duplicate anyone's handwriting. My wife and I have almost identical handwriting.
