You may have just unleashed something. lol

I think San Antonio deserves at least something flattering. Its the most historic looking. The city feels very old.

I'll give San Antonio it's history, and it's spanish architecture.

Okay...what I meant by "never a factor" is the fact that the SA skyline never comes up in any memories of visiting there...In remembering San Antonio, the skyline is "Never a Factor".

El Paso is Texas' only skyline framed by mountains.

Houston, by far. Downtown Dallas is a pretty spectacular skyline (especially if you drive North on I-45 into Dallas), but H-town's is on a completely different level. I have lived in LA and Chicago, and can say that after the first time I saw downtown Houston's skyline (at night) that only Chicago beat it in size and spectacularly. Not only downtown, but unlike most cities in this country, Houston has more than one major business district and skyline.

Uptown Houston is where I originally thought downtown was on my first trip! lol. Anyway, uptown Houston makes Uptown ATL, LA, and Dallas look insunificant.

I knew a Canadian who said the exact same thing...

Speaking of Canada, there's one city up there that does remind me of Houston.

Mississauga, Ontario

I know how to get rid off these DALLAS VS HOUSTON threads, Step 1 Make Texas leave the Union, Step 2 Texas becomes its own country, Step 3 Texas makes states, Step 4 those states leave the union, Step 5 They states become there own country, Step 6 now the cities are in different countries and we don't have to argue about what Texas city is the best lol. (just for those gullable persons, I am joking) Im just throwing this out but has anyone heard of a $10 million project that will make a bullet train connect Fort Worth and Houston?
