Rant: The roads were nasty the whole trip.

Rant: There is absolutely no place in Sturgis to get a good meal.

Rave: Pizza hut was the bomb.

Rant: So now, should my dog wander off, they will see that she is registered, but not know where she belongs, nor how to even call me to let me know she's been found.

Rave: Good thing my dog is a registered Service Dog, at least they could track me down with that tag. It's got my name and phone number right on the tag.

I don't think the city council thought this one through when they came up with this ordinance, all they were thinking about is making millions off the $3 registration fee.
