Rave: Was able to hold off turning on the heat until October.
Rant: Have to turn it on today. I could hold out a while longer, but the greyhounds are shivering and making pitiful faces at me. I'd be in the same boat if I had 2% body fat.
Rant: Real estate agents who don't return phone calls or e-mails.
Rant: Real estate agents who let your land sit unadvertised while peak buying season comes to a close.
Rant: Real estate agents who don't even bother to take the old agent's sign down from your parcel and put up their own. Really, it's not THAT far to drive for 6% commission. Heck, I'd go out and do it for him if he'd return my calls.
rave... black hills are great this time of year... nobody around, pleasant temps at least right now, maybe a bit cool but no biggie as long as it's sunny. Cheap hotels, 35 bucks a night, can't beat that.
rant.. rapid city construction season still in full force.
