This is a Shell station where I used to stop in and refuel every time I drove home to San Antonio. I googled it and they still have the pay phone shown in your illustration in the middle! If the image comes up, zoom in and you'll see it by that pickup truck.
If I'm not mistaken, this is on Interstate 10 EB near the intersection of Camp Bullis Road. I'm kind of surprised that the pay phone is still there... or at least it was on the date of the image - March 2011.
(I hope that link works. I always have trouble linking to a Google Search result)
