It's so crazy just how much both Henderson/Vegas and the entire surrounding areas are growing with newcomers, housing and new hotels/casinos. Just this AM, on local news, a reporter was stating that some 44,000 people are on a Waiting List for Sec.8 and Affordable Housing in Clark County.

We ignored because we had to find out for ourselves. Lake Mead enticed us as well as the 10-day major rodeo, however we have found out different now.
There are people, even on C-D, that ignore comments/suggestions about someplace they are thinking of moving to. People will read the comments/suggestions, but in the long run, they want to find out for themselves, in which we have.
