Guys, what's the biggest dealbreaker with women? (husband, older, family)

After going to college in a very affluent area, I don't need to worry too much about gold diggers or materialistic types. Been there, tried that, no chance.
I'm in my mid 20s, so I haven't ran across too many 'with kids' situations.
I can't usually stand smokers, but they can always quit.
The worst for me would be intellectually weak. If they're dumb, it frustrates me to no end. If they just follow along with every trend and be some sheep, it frustrates me to no end. If they can't think independently or have a thought of their own - pass.
I a few months ago was talking to a gal - and she just screamed "whatever" and desperate. Had zero interest in what I liked or wanted to do, just always what she wanted to do. Kept asking me if I wanted to go to a nightclub/bar or see live music or a movie, but looked like a deer in headlights when I suggested something.
Oh yeah... those who been around the town a few times = pass.
The first three attributes could actually be the same woman if you think about it.
a) Gold digger - wants a man with money;
b) Attention Ho - wants a man to lavish that money on her;
c) Slutty past - sleeps with a lot guys because that's all she can offer in exchange.
Men can be the same way in reverse. Hence the phrase "Axx, gas, or cash..."
Anyway, to actually answer the question I'd say "other". The biggest dealbreaker for me is if she is dumb.
I have no problems with a woman who has slept around a lot in her life. First, unless she has some kind of disease she will be bringing into the relationship (and yes, I ask about her STD history, if any), it isn't any of my business. Secondly, as long as she will sleep only with me and she will be as active sexually with me as she has been with other guys it's all good. Guys who have slept with lots of women are approved of by other men. So then why is it a bad thing if a woman does it?
A slutty past is a real turn off. Who wants to be with a woman who spred her legs for 80 guys? What guy wants to hear from his wife during a fight that you are better than 59 but not as good as 26. How can their be any intimacy when so many guys plowed her so many times before?
You meet a sexy chick and you wanna go with her but........
What's the one thing that would make you ditch the idea of a relationship?
I say kids. I cannot stand to deal with her booger eaters. I've done it before and there is just too much drama. I'd only go with a woman whose kids are living on their own. Otherwise no.
How bout the rest of you dudes?

In order of priority from top dealbreaker to lesser dealbreaker in considering Someone for a committed relationship (down the line) :
1. A Non Christian . Someone who is thoroughly and willfully duped by our present Culture and its destructive/immoral philosophies.
2. A chronic complainer , nagger, pity-partier, unhappy Person.
3. A woman with a foul mouth , or occasional foul mouth.
4. A smoker.
5. Someone who is habitually late all the time , which demonstrates a lack of consideration for others.
Gold-diggers and women with a promiscuous past, I can't do that. If a woman is a gold-digger, forget it. If a woman is only dating me because of my money, then why should I date here? I want that woman to love ME, not my money, which I don't have alot of, being a college student.
A promiscuous past, well, it would make it hard for me to trust if such a person would cheat on me or not. Actually, I have never had sex in my life, and I turn 25 this coming April.
I want a woman to share the same faith as me. I am a Christian,specifically Catholic. It would make it easier if we share the same faith. Also, if I date a woman with the same faith as me, it can help keep me in check as we would both be going to church together. I like going to church and I am there for worship. I don't like going to church alone. I want someone to share in my faith.
Smoking, well, I don't do smoking and I wouldn't want a woman to smoke either. If she quits smoking, then we can talk about dating.
Drug addict? No.
Drinking? A drink now and then doesn't hurt.
Mean and judgmental? Forget about it. I want a woman who has a kind heart.
