Now Guru Beck says Obama is using On Star to monitor us
"My only question is how long is it going to take for OnStar to sue Beck? His whole theory has no basis in fact, and there is no motivation either for the Obama administration to use OnStar, or the company to work with government. This whole theory is straight out of crack pot central casting."
'In the 2005 movie V For Vendetta, a film about a totalitarian society ruled by a fascist government with an iron surveillance fist, there’s a scene where state spooks drive down a residential street with a gadget that records the conversations people are having inside their homes and gives them a rating on how antagonistic towards the authorities they are.
A frighteningly similar scenario is now on the horizon with the news that the CIA’s investment arm In-Q-Tel is putting cash into Visible Technologies, a company that monitors the output of social media, in order to “Read your blog posts, keep track of your Twitter updates — even check out your book reviews on Amazon,” reports Wired News.
However, the prospect of the CIA closely monitoring social networking websites, whose content largely comprises of inane gossip and sophomoric blabber, shows just how afraid the establishment is of rising popular opposition to their agenda'.
This is why the bastards always win. Whenever some authoritarian move is purposed or attempted, both sides begin to praise it (when it is done by their side) or condemn it while being mocked. Both of you pricks are quite willing to accept the most vile ideas if it is supported by your guy and could be used to screw the other side. Ive seen your link to this frequently and I just went over and looked, but it doesnt offer solutions. It seems particularly to "oppose Obama's health care plan", which is not exactly nonpartisan, and sprays some general statements like "stop the atrocities committed in Washington." And anyplace that launches out with "take back our country" is muy suspect to me. And why replace all 535 members... and with what? Seems irresponsible...
