Actually America did..they voted for him and most still believe in him..we just need to give him some time to see it work.

I understand and share your concern over government intervention. It's a
shame that some "adults" indulge themselves in agendas that are lucrative
but detrimental to the fabric of society. The problem in a society that abides by the Rule of Law seems to be what action is appropriate when people do not "police" themselves. Again, which is more offensive: a glimpse of a woman's breast, or saying that you hope that the president fails, knowing that the fate of the nation rests upon that president's success or failure? You may disagree with a legislator's policies, but there are no restrictions on contacting your elected officials and using the ballot box to change governments. We are not a "banana republic." And BTW, you are much more logical and eloquent when you respond with courtesy;
now neither of us are burdened with 'tude instead of the more pleasant
feeling of having conversed.

You can "Ban" all the media, thoughts, actions you wish, Kev. Still isn't going to make your collectivist wet dreams any more workable in the real world. Europe has none of these figures and they tossed their socialists out on their hineys.

As long as Leftism deines basic human nature, it will fail no matter how much oppression is implemented.

Just today some racist attacked the Halocaust Museum because he doesn't like the Jews. Immigrants have been attacked, blacks have been attacked, abortion docs killed in church and at home and there is little doubt in my mind that much of this is encouraged by talk radio and its venomous right wing extreme host.

Yea, Freedom of speech is a terrible thing. Whats next Komrade...Exchanging the Stars and Stripes for the hammer and cycle?
Oh I forgot, it's in the works.

neighbor's son bullies your daughter by calling her "fatso" and making fun of everything that she does. Consequently, this causes your daughter to cry
several times a week. Time passes and the neighbor's son has so influenced other children that they begin calling your daughter names as well; this causes your daughter to withdraw, spending most of her time in her room. Eventually the ugly nicknames and derogatory comments of the neighborhood make their way into the school. Your daughter becomes depressed, begins to self-mutilate and requires counseling.
What should you have done? There are several options: you could move, but you like the neighborhood. You could ignore the problem, which could lead to the scenario above. Also, you could speak with your neighbors and their son, letting them know what he's been doing, how damaging it's been to your daughter, and tactfully pointing out that his behavior is unacceptable and needs to be stopped. Or you could just tell your daughter that you can't interfere with the boy's right to free speech.
Hate speech clearly has a negative effect on people, and cruel words are
not far from cruel actions. Clearly, some talk show hosts are unable to work within the realm of civilized society; if they are unable or unwilling to
control themselves, then perhaps certain restrictions should be imposed
upon them by the FCC. If nothing else decent people should speak out,
insisting that speech which foments hatred is not acceptable.

would teach my dauaghter how to box, next time bully is around calling her things she doesnt like, bully goes home to mommy and daddy complaining of the next door neighbors daughter beat his butt in a fight.

town learns that girl beat bullies butt in a fight, girl isnt picked on anymore.

You mean all of thoese "racists" and "nazis" on conservative radio who are Pro-Zionist and support Israel's right to exist. Yeah if Hitler were alive today he would have definitely been a big fan of people like Michael Savage and Sean Hannity.
