The stable genius put up a video today characterizing Judge Engoron as a "lunatic". Brilliant, talking smack about the judge hearing your case. Solidifies the notion that most criminals by in large ain't too smart.
The judge proved himself spineless when it came to actually punishing the stable genius. He fined him $5K and that was it; a nothingburger. These judges are going to continue to get punk'd until they throw the stable genius in jail and keep him there.

I still like the idea that the amount of the fine should increase one digit to the right every time he pulls these stunts.

The thing is, his supporters pay for all those things, and they don't mind doing so. Every time he asks for more money, they open their wallets, no questions asked. So even a million $$ fine would be meaningless. He's daring the judge to toss him in jail. I predict the judge still won't do it.

I think you're right. Getting tossed in jail opens a whole can of appeals stink. Trump can wave the bait but the judge is too wise to bite.

The fine was imposed for a first time infraction because it was represented as an oversight that the post was still up. Engoron is very measured in his response to provocation.
I wouldn't suggest Trump try it again. The Judge won't be nearly so nice.

I certainly would. But remember, thanks to the shenanigans by the left in their zeal to "Get Trump by any means necessary", a person can no longer publicly proclaim their innocence when someone makes an unfounded allegation about them. The left loves opening doors that should remain shut.
Actually one does when the gag order is designed to infringe upon the freedom of speech. the one in question was an old issue which was not taken down by act of ommission.
