As for "national will" - I strongly disagree with you on this, but let's just leave it at that.

Russia lacks the "military advantage?" You do realize Russia's military is much larger and that whatever Russia deployed until now is a small part of what it has available?

Because firing some cruise missiles hitting a country's power plants where civilians get heat from is abhorrent and childish behavior. Can't a larger country with a superb military that it displays do more vs hitting a much smaller country's power plants? You think that is a good measure of military "winning?"

How about hitting the Ukrainian tanks? How about taking out the HIMARS trucks? How about making a dent in the Ukrainian frontlines? How about actually controlling the areas which you illegally claimed as your own?

If you claim that the Russian military has not struck Ukrainian military assets on the ground, you are incorrect.

I don't understand why some people are so much for appeasement to nuclear terrorism.

The old Republican party I remember would be front and center against such a thing.

I'm not for appeasement. I'm against starting a nuclear war to force Crimea to be part of Ukraine.

Not sure they are "destroyed" versus temporarily disabled. What's the time and cost to repair?

You have an extra zero on there, may be two. Zelensky trumps up initial damage reports to get more international aid. We have 4 Ukr devs on our team in different parts and one of them lost power for 4 hours yesterday. All have been making the daily meetings and completing assignments. The Russkies may be knocking out power but it's getting restored faster than we can do after a summer storm.

Putin declares martial law in occupied regions of Ukraine.

MOSCOW (AP) — Russian President Vladimir Putin declared martial law Wednesday in the four regions of Ukraine that Moscow annexed and gave all regional governors in Russia emergency powers that open the door for sweeping new restrictions throughout the country.
Declaring martial law seems silly when the State already wields absolute power.

Right, impose martial law on the citizens who just “voluntary voted” for joining Russia. What a great move by the Kremlin. Russia is unraveling!

Look. Im all for Ukraine winning, but all this "Russia is going to collapse tomorrow." BS needs to end. As long as Russia can ship oil, there is a floor to their economy.

Then again, you'd not know this since you don't listen to experts such as Mearsheimer, and why are you posting, since "bickering" is "meaningless?"
I offered a chance to show you had the conviction to back your iron clad predictions...which you don't and based upon your track record to date are probably wise not to.
