It was designed for a quick decapitation of the Ukrainian Govt that failed. And then they just stayed and made fools of themselves.

Again, the only way that could've happened were a coup.

They took some Heavy battlefield losses including amongst their airborne forces for just a coup...and they didn't expect a Zelenskyy...no one did.

Must be maddening for Putin. And tough to keep his people believing the Russian propaganda in the face of NATO expansion and the failures in Ukraine which are too evident for even the staunchest Russian believer to ignore.

To the contrary, it's been getting easier to keep his people believing his version of events. As NATO expands its membership and also beefs up its forces and equipment, it only makes it easier to claim, that NATO is out to get Russia, i.e. that it's an aggressive organization, not a defensive one. From a Russian perspective, it looks like NATO is ganging up on Russia.

That was my point. Us (NATO) ARE indeed ganging up and overwhelming Putin after he started the war he claimed was against us. Because of his failures. So he is losing in his public’s eyes. They may feel that NATO is ganging up, but they also see they have utterly and completely failed thus far at stopping it and NATO is literally stronger than ever before. Again, must be terribly embarrassing and humiliating to Putin.

Explain to me, believers of Western propaganda, I want to believe but I have little patience for BS.
Doesn't matter because Putin is sick and in the hospital. Probably dead by now. Why it'll be a slam dunk. I won't believe much of anything coming from Americas media.

Right after Zelenskiy and company get their next American payoffs, I think we'll see peace talks with Ukraine giving up the Donbas region.

Your words, you must think this is true.

But bottom line facts, NATO is stronger then ever and Zelensky is still in power making a fool of Putin.

The Ministry of Defense announced the withdrawal of troops from Zmeiny Island

Vedomosti
The Russian Armed Forces “as a step of goodwill” completed their tasks on Zmeiny Island in the western Black Sea and withdrew the garrison stationed there. This was stated in the press service of the Russian defense department.
“Thus, it has been demonstrated to the world community that the Russian Federation does not interfere with the efforts of the UN to organize a humanitarian corridor for the export of agricultural products from the territory of Ukraine,” the Russian defense ministry noted.
Earlier, on June 22, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the Ukrainian military tried to capture Zmeiny Island by launching rocket and artillery strikes on the territory, but none of the fire weapons reached the target. According to the agency, a US Air Force Global Hawk RQ-4 strategic reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle was spotted in the airspace in the area. The Ukrainian military launched missile and artillery strikes on the island with Tochka-U ballistic missiles, Uragan multiple launch rocket systems and M-777 155-mm howitzers from firing positions west of Odessa and on Kubansky Island.
Key Ukrainian ports, through which grain was usually exported from the country, are now blocked due to hostilities. Russian President Vladimir Putin said on June 3 that Ukrainian grain can be exported in five directions, the simplest and cheapest of which is Belarus. However, for export through the country, sanctions must be lifted from it, he noted. According to him, the grain can also be taken out through Ukrainian-controlled ports after they have been cleared.
On June 8, Foreign Ministers of Russia and Turkey Sergey Lavrov and Mevlut Cavusoglu held talks and discussed the export of grain from Ukrainian ports. Following the talks, Lavrov said that, according to the Turkish side, Kyiv is ready to clear mine ports or ensure the passage of ships through minefields to export grain. A day later, the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that no agreements had yet been reached on the export of Ukrainian grain to Turkey and the countries of the Middle East. In addition to Russia and Turkey, Ukraine and the UN are also participating in the negotiations. On June 29, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi said that the situation with the export of Ukrainian grain was "close to a denouement", and UN Secretary General António Guterres the day before noted that the negotiations had reached a "moment of truth."

Russian Ministry of Defense: exchange of prisoners of war with Ukraine carried out on the direct orders of Putin

The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov, said that the exchange of prisoners of war with Ukraine was organized and carried out on the direct orders of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The department confirmed that the exchange of 144 for 144 military personnel took place on the evening of June 29.
It is noted that this decision was made "because the lives, health, release of our servicemen, fighters of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, who make up the majority of the returned, is the most important task."
