Absurd. I explained my rationale and stand by it. North Korea is not a real nuclear power. But you ignore my main point because it is uncomfortable for you to discuss it. Russia can get away with snubbing the US because of its economic and military position that third world countries don't have. Again, whether or not North Korea has nukes or not does not affect my point. No propaganda here.

2. apparently, there is pay established to the families of killed in action soldiers. 15 000 000 gryven. Devided by 30, as 1 USD=30 gryvnia, that equals to $500 000. What means, if government is to fairly pay that compensation, even half of the casualties will be more, than entire country budget.
