again it is not trial no matter how hard you guys try to pretend it is.
It is a hearing to investigate the suitability of an applicant to the SC.
KAVANAUGH is not suitable to fill a seat on the bench, he has a very questionable history that involves bar fighting, gambling debts , accusations of numerous SEX CRIMES, a conspiracy believer, and a completely unsuitable temperament.
Kavanaughs outbursts alone disqualify him.
Quote:
In his 12 years on the court, he apparently resolved the ABA’s concerns about his temperament. Kavanaugh cited the bar association’s new unanimous “well qualified” rating for his nomination to the Supreme Court in his opening statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday
my point was simple, if this is all you guys have then you may as well just admit she was a very credible witness unlike Kavanough who lost his temper repeatedly and lied numerous times.(demonstrable lies, not implied )
Well, read the quote - it is real estate value to have the extra room addition to rent. She has no access for her paranoia if someone is renting the room. It's a no-brainer.

If it was added to give separate entry for a rental space, it also calls into question her story that her husband was quibbling with her over it. That didn't make sense anyway given she already told him she was assaulted and could have just explained why she needed it rather than pay someone else a few hundred dollars to tell him.

Prove one of these lies for us. You say it’s demonstrable so it should be easy.
She has already proven she isn’t credible. Even her life long best friend won’t back up her story. But hey she has a conga line of LWNJs supporting her, so there’s that.....
I had read another article about this but there was no mention that the committee was following up on it. I am relieved to see Grassley's office is pursuing this. It is the final leg of her claim and if they can knock it out from under her, she has nowhere to go but down.

Every single statement given to the Judiciary Committee Investigators was under penalty of felony (5 year sentence for lies) - that was repeated many times during the Hearing AND it's posted on the Senate Judiciary website .... not to mention that I've posted that LINK several times.
Rest assured - the FBI has re-interviewed these people and they gave them a statement - we will find out what it all is when the FBI turns in their report.
About that Report .... via Elizabeth Landers CNN reporter
Guess who does NOT want the FBI Report to be made Public?? Guess who wants it a Secret??
If Kavanaugh were guilty of these accusations he would not have accepted the nomination to serve on the Supreme Court because he would know, without a doubt, that his credibility would be investigated and any past negative events would be brought to light and he'd be expected to prove his innocence.
He would never put himself, his family, and his career in such jeopardy.

Exactly! It sounded stupid in the first place.
