What reason would you assign for all the other years I mentioned? 1930, and the Reagan years? What about 2013, when the number of those officers killed, 107, was the lowest number since (it appears from the chart) 1949?

I have no doubt that some of the recent killings (like Houston) are due to 'revenge' by twisted people who have heard about the Michael Brown situation, et al. However, I think it overly simplistic to say "Obama is responsible". If so, then he must also be responsible for the low rate of 2013.

Honestly, it's not backfiring on him at all. If you wanted to plan civil unrest this is a great way to start.
He is nothing but a community organizer and if he had his choice would be marching along BLM chanting those slogans.

As President, he's using his influence to exact the change he desires. Thank god there is no 3rd term.

Obama sure has played a role in taking out a lot of terrorists, increasing private sector employment, decreasing government employment, and producing the most oil in a century for somebody I've heard for years just wants to destroy our country.

That argument has been proven wrong. Please stop using it.

And why is helping laid off factory workers transition to another career in your early 20s such a horrible thing for you all? Most were doing far less altruistic work.

Also, to say that's all he was before president ignores 3 top schools, constitutional law teaching, and his early poltiical career. So, not accurate.

Barack has a chip against authority ever since his Kenyan grandfather was arrested for being a communist rabblerouser.

There are legitimate complaints of certain police departments, which are often more confrontational toward poor and black people. But it bears mentioning that many of these same poor, black people desperately need the police, too.

It is not racist to note that far more black people are killed by other black people than by police officers. Baltimore alone has had over 200 murders so far this year—almost all young black men.

Do black people in cities such as Baltimore, Washington DC and St Louis really want less policing? In Washington DC, another high black population with growing homicide rate (26% over last year), Black Lives Matter told the mayor exactly that last week. http://america.aljazeera.com/article...matter-dc.html

Functionally, that is what these neighborhoods are going to get by making the police their enemy.

When police throw them in a van and give them a "rough ride" until they're dead, or shoot them point blank in a Walmart for holding a BB gun or arrest them and beat them and charge them for bleeding on their uniform even though they arrested the wrong black guy, etc. what do you expect?

New title: Thanks killer police officers for shoving the blame onto The President. Again.
Come on guys... Are we supposed to believe that Obama controls what people read or see on the daily news? And yes I know that there are dignified professionals within the department. And they are the ones being slammed and even murdered by deranged psychos. But there is also accountability that is being ignored all around imo. Like Police officers, the public is human too, no matter what color their skin. And humans may eventually react violently to repeated abuse and torture. Why so many police officers by what I read online, cannot seem to fathom this is mind boggling. There is absolutely no justification for murder, no matter how you feel or who you are. Period. So how about placing blame where it belongs: On police training.
