When the Demcrats said it during the Bush Administration. Anything but a fulltime factory job with a pension and full benefits was not good enough for them back then.
If you don't earn enough to cover ALL of your living expenses without a handout from the government, you are not fully employed.

Unemployed means you do not have a job.
A part time job is a job.
It's pretty simple, Idk why you people are having a hard time with this.
The "official" U3 unemployment rate is a fairly useless statistic. I like to watch total employment vs the population. And that story still isn't very good. In fact, it hasn't improved one bit since the fall of 2009.

Don't mean to disappoint you but the u6 unemployment rate also dropped.
Wow you really are childish aren't you. I would celebrate them coming meaningfully down. Unlike lazy you I actually have the chart and it's not very impressive. So it went down from 17 to 14% that's good. Now for the uneducated here let's look at when times where good shall we. If you look back around 2001 it was between 7-9% a far cry from 14%. So in summary, it's improving, but not much esp. if you look at the last 2 years.
No more free education for you dummy I have wasted enough time best put you on ignore since you add little value to CD.

Yes, because a part time job will help pay the rent, buy groceries, pay utilities etc.
Based on your logic, if everyone in the country just had a part time job that means we should all be ok then. No a job is not a job.
