Obama and Holder need to step down. Shame on them. They have done considerable damage to our trust and they are both disgraces to the Democratic party.

Yes, it is an abuse of power to use the IRS to target anyone. Can you prove that someone used the IRS to target anyone?

I am going to write to my congressman and senator and demand that both introduce legislation that protects taxpayers and business from the IRS. The legislation should:

1. Require the IRS to provide the reason why they have been targeted for inquiry.
2. Require the IRS to provide the NAME of the person who authorized the department to contact them.
3. Require the IRS to pay for all expenses and legal fees needed to fight audit if they lose.

Stupid talk, "political harassment and intimidation" and just what convoluted talk have you been listening to anyway? First off everything done these days is Potical , the conservatives have seen to that, gridlock ! Harassement ? Just who is harassing who here? The Tea Party has made many statements about what they intend to do to the Government , that's Hassment of the worst kind, it could be considered treason, especially if they act on it. ( the sale of guns is going up, the ownership bynumbers of people owning guns is going down) . Just how many guns do you nuts need?
There is no doubt the IRS has "targeted" the Tea Party attempts at forming 501c4 - c3. As questionable under the false intent statements as not being a political orig. which they are!

They were elected to put the brakes on the Progressive steam roller. Gridlock is exactly what they were elected for. They are actually for once, don't what they campaigned on.

And religious groups asking them what prayers they say.
And individuals for donations they have made.
And liberal groups for saying the IRS sent them conservative applications to look over.

But hey..that was long ago right ?

There is really no easy way to screen these groups, why shouldn't a 501c4 that openly admits they are involved in political activity, granted that should apply to all political groups but why would they not be be scrtinized more closely.

“Do you believe it is illegal for employees of the IRS to create lists to
target individual groups and citizens in this country?” asked Rep. Tom Price
(R., Ga.).

“I don’t believe it is [illegal],” Miller said. “I don’t believe it should
happen. Please don’t get me wrong, it should not happen.”

Miller said the IRS actions were an example of “horrible customer service”
and called a list of criteria that employees used to identify conservative
groups “obnoxious.”

While he acknowledged that the IRS actions were inappropriate, he objected to
the characterization that conservative groups were “targeted.”

“When you talk about targeting, it’s a pejorative term,” Miller said. “What
happened here was … that [an IRS employee] saw some Tea Party cases coming
through, they were acknowledging that they were going to be engaged in politics
… [and so IRS officials] in Cincinnati decided ‘let’s start grouping these
cases.’”

“The way they centralized them [was] troubling. The concept of centralizing
[was] not. We’re not targeting these people,” Miller added.
Fmr. IRS head does not think targeting tea party groups was

Gun control,
IRS to target conservatives,
Liberal media to feed the little people misinformation,
increase taxes,
open the borders to people who would be democrats,
More people on the welfare rolls making them dependent on the government.

Obama said he will change America "fundamentally"

Obama tells our young, "you've grown up hearing voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that's at the root of all our problems. Some of these same voices also do their best to gum up the works.

They'll warn that tyranny always lurking just around the corner. You should reject these voices. Because what they suggest is that our brave, and creative, and unique experiment in self-rule is somehow just a sham with which we can't be trusted."

Here's the real question -- for exactly how long will the American people put up with this?

Another Who Is Suddenly Telling Liberal Jackals To Attack Obama? very enlightening piece from Lew Rockwell.com. Beware there is a whole lot of truth in that piece as I lived through that period of time as a young adult.
