My question to the IRS commissioner (current and previous), as well as all other people questioned under oath:

Are you willing and prepared to go to prison in exchange for you covering-up wrong-doing to benefit others that may have broken the law? Are you willing and prepared to go to prison in exchange for your failure to freely provide all information asked for?

Any Constitutional laws or criminal actions that may have been broken will be determined later, that's not the point. The point is make it clear to everyone that testifies to Congress that they are expected to freely answer all questions truthfully and provide all documents to get to the bottom of this matter. If there is anyone that stalls, lies, or is unwilling to freely give Congress what they want - they should be willing and prepared to go to prison.

Abuse of power and independence from political manipulation ala Richard Nixon's White House.

Violation of the 14th Amendment - Equal Protection Clause (The violation stems from the fact that they are targeting conservative groups exclusively. That violates the equal protection clause. The IRS is not allowed to engage in partisan politics or use any consideration other than the tax law as a basis for any action it takes.)

RICO

Why not provide anything and everything that Congress is asking for? Why cover-up anything? Why not everyone come clean and let Congress learn the facts? Then Congress can determine the ones responsible for breaking any laws. Why the corruption and the cover-up? Who is being protected? Where there is smoke...there is almost always FIRE!

Barack Obama has his fingerprints all over this scandal. You can bet your ass on that!!!

I'm backing up the IRS 100% on this one, and Obama should have as well. If you are going to complain about the deficit you better be eligible for tax-exempt status if you are trying to claim it, otherwise you are just contributing to higher deficits.
