so how about it?

serial offenders that are hooked on crystal meth, crack, heroin and the like - give them one chance to sort it out otherwise it's the chop!

and what is with this ridiculous state-sponsered, free methadone.

that should be scrapped.

I mean, would I get free drink if I were an alcoholic?
Ha, Limbaugh was such a hard core drug addict that it effected his hearing.

Unlike meth, crack etc.. which make people crazy.
I think you're just trying to come up with excuses for the addicts you like. Many prescribed drugs can make poeple "crazy" too. Ever heard of Adderal, Ritalin, Phentermine, Didrex, Dexedrine? They may be prescribed by professionals but you are deluding yourself if you think they are always administered professionally. You're also being a total hypocrite when you defend prescribed and professionally administered drugs in one breath and bash methadone, a prescribed and professionally administered drug, in another. (BTW, methadone isn't free for most people. Most pay between $200 and $500/month for their treatment which is not remotely similar to giving alcoholics alcohol.)

It's clear to me that you are very, very ignorant and not very bright. Thankfully most people have more intelligence than you.

Oh, just so you know, your buddy Rush, who is addicted to a drug that is basically heroin in a pill, got into recovery with the help of a drug called Suboxone which is very similar to and works in the same way as methadone. Had it not been for opioid replacement therapy - treatment with Suboxone or methadone - Rush Limbaugh would most likely never gotten clean since he had already failed rehab and detoxes.

I am sure Methadone is free if you are on Welfare, it is in some places at least.

so why should the junkies get a free hit yet I have to pay for my own whisky?

anyway, yes - I am very ignorant and stupid, lol
