Rom 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
So what?
This is only relevant to those who choose to believe in a certain version and interpretation of a particular book written 2000 years ago.

I thought we were talking about the story of Sodom? Romans is not part of that story. And clearly you don't understand Romans either. Try reading Romans 2 for once. By your argument, Paul is calling YOU gay.
It's pretty obvious you've never actually studied the Bible. Talking to you about the Bible is like trying to teach a 3 year old Quantum Mechanics.
WHere do you think anglo saxon common law came from?
A weird mix-up of Roman legal concepts and ancient Germanic customs that far predate Christianity's appearance in Northern Europe. Everybody knows that.
Why do so many people think this makes same sex marriage legal nationwide?
I don't think people do. I think that people feel that this is just another step in the progression towards dispensing our culture of antiquated, silly traditions and values not based in fact but that are discriminatory and hateful.
you fail. Anglo Saxon law is based on previous laws established by the Roman Empire (before Christianity pervaded) and Germanic law.
wallow in your ignorance seeing a homosexuality is no more deviant then sex engaged by heterosexuals.
If hetero's engage in deviant behaviour, then they are that as well. If a consenting married couple engage in sexual intercourse, that is not deviant, where do you stand?
The majority doesn't get to restrict the rights of the minority, and boy are they whiny about that.
Actually not true. The Constitution was set up so that a simple majority cannot violate certain rights...but a large majority can change that. Minorities are protected by the amendment process. Probably takes what? 75% or more of the people to actually amend the Constitution.
What I don't understand is why Americans are so enthusiastic about the gay marriage thing, from both sides.
There are so many things with higher priority in this country.
You don't hear people fight over gay marriage in Japan or South Korea.
