Both articles talk about the responsibilities of gun ownership. I've never once read an article that says "it's just like wearing a watch."

Right there. That is key. It used to be a red sports car that was an extension of the penis...now it's a gun. Guns don't need Viagra as they are always hard and ready to go. It is so cliché, but it's true. The guys that walk around with Pitbulls or any other dog with a bad ass reputation or carry guns, not real men mind you, but emotionally stunted and/or physically shortchanged guys. I don't think a real man that is sure of his masculinity has the need to tell anyone that he owns or carries a gun, but on CD they go out of their way to be real specific about their guns down to the smallest detail. People who carry go out of their way to avoid being forced to deploy their
