According to his lawyer-"goon". Lol! Oh yes, lawyers are not partial. That's all we need.

CNN did the right thing; sent the tape to FBI crime lab at Quantico. Perhaps they will call the murderers lawyer for a second opinion (LOL)!

Default Could George Zimmerman get a fair trial?

Can George Zimmerman Get a Fair Trial? - Wendy Kaminer - National - The Atlantic

As millions of people rally online and thousands march in the streets demanding justice for Trayvon Martin, the state or federal prosecution of George Zimmerman seems increasingly likely. But ... as millions of people rally online and thousands march in the streets, Zimmerman's prospects for a fair trial seem increasingly unlikely.

BINGO < And the pic ...A kinda sordid 'photo brushing' type of selling a pretty kid image...is what made me turn and say > Whoa...what's going on here??

Seems the public has been getting a ''Hollywood'' publicity stunt tactic??!!

Now, many have become very suspicious of the original propaganda.

Waiting now....to be sure of what really is fact.

Move the venue to Texas and you will find a jury that is sympathetic to him

I understand the laws protecting people when you shoot someone breaking into your house. Absolutely. But this is a little crazy.
I never heard of this asinine law until this case. Who'd want that type of law in their state? Anyone can be anyone's victim. It's a wild west free for all. Turns out Jeb Bush rushed its passing to appease the NRA and now the NRA is lobbying to push it thru on states that don't even want it. What the ef is happening to this country? Until some politicians son or daughter is lying on a slab and it gets personal, this is what we have evolved into?

Lawrence O’Donnell Goes Ballistic On Zimmerman's Lawyer, Interviews Empty Chair After He Runs Out Of Studio

Quote:
George Zimmerman's lawyer, Craig Sonner was supposed to appear on MSNBC's The Last Word tonight. But he cancelled the interview at the very last minute, and Lawrence O'Donnell was clearly furious when the cameras began rolling.

"Craig Sonner has been the first guest in the history of this particular show to get scared. To be terrified, so terrified of coming on this show that he has literally run away. He is in our car right now taking him home from our studio," O'Donnell began the segment.

About five minutes later, the anchor turned his attention to an empty chair — the one Sonner would have been sitting in — and began pelting it with questions like "who is paying you?," "who hired you?," and "Do you have photographs of your client's broken nose?"

Lawrence O'Donnell Slams George Zimmerman's Lawyer

The media bias is surpassed by Zimmerman's attorney's bias in favor of FOX.

No, he won't get a fair trial.

In this day and age of the media, it's impossible to get a fair trial despite what kind of evidence there may or may not be against you. Even if you are fairly acquitted, you will be shunned by the public and will never live a decent life again.

Casey Anthony is a good example.

If you don't believe he can receive a fair trial, if charged and tried, then you don't believe in our justice system ... and you don't believe in America. I'm a believer. Sorry you're not.

Trial by media and public opinion and its influence on juries that lead to unfair trials is the best reason to support Newt Gingrich's plan for a moon colony. We will have to enforce a Earth media blackout on the lunar colony - then motions for change of venue can be granted and defendants can be put on a lunar shuttle and allow the citizens of Moon(Obama's 57th state) to hear the evidence and render a fair, unbiased verdict.
