When the intent is racist then yes it's racist. The folks chanting "USA" where doing so to imply that the non-whites on the other team where not US Citizens. They intended it to be racist.

Thanks for posting both sides. Sounds like something that would happen at a school event. The students don't think and chants start and the teachers can't prevent it..only stop it after it starts.

New facts are out showing that while it was a response to the other team saying "Alamo Whites" it was still racist so you in essence are agreeing with the fact that it was racist....regardless if said first or second.

How is chanting USA racist. If your an American you join in as you are on that team too. They should all have been chanting USA instead of "alamo whites". Jim Bowie must be turning in his grave.

If the intent is racism, then do the words really matter?

If my intention is to put you down because of the color of the skin, what does it matter what words I use? My intentions trump everything else.

Sorry, I don't believe you or your brother. Need more proof than that. Hey, my cousin goes there and he says Obama was instigating the entire thing, want his number?

It's not unless the intention is racist. It clearly was as was the "Alamo Whites" chant. Doesn't matter who started it there was bigotry intended.

Yes it was racist. Do you understand that this racial polarization also exists in the schools ? Now ask yourself WHY ?
