No, just a smart business person that understands to keep great employees I must provide things with in reason that will keep them working at a high level and happy.
However that decision should rest with me alone as the business owner.
So, you are OK with an employer who uses his "beliefs" to justify his refusal to provide any kind of insurance for his employees.

Well no, the amendment addressess mandating any specific coverage the emplyer finds inconsistent with their conscience, not just birth control. So, this is not about pushing any moral value on anyone except the government pushing its secular humanist/Marxist value of "social justice" on employers with complete disregard for the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution.
Just the ones who vote against their own best interests by voting 'R.'
Ummm...what about female employers who don't want to have to cover birth control?
Regardless, even many women who would support requiring employers to cover birth control realize that there's more than one issue out there. If the Republicans better represent their interests in general, of course they're going to vote for them.

Why should an employer be required to provide insurance?
If employers were not allowed to provide insurance, costs would go DOWN because people would see how much insurance really cost and would demand that the insurance companies get their costs in line.
Why doesn't the government just become the health insurance provider for all?
Because Americans favor the free market and don't want the government to dictate what kind of health care they can receive.
