Stack this unconstitutional set of appointments on the other things he has done that were just as unconstitutional and surely it gets heavy enough to impeach him with.

If the Congress keeps backing away from him he will have their irrelevance proven and will not have to depend on them for anything. Plenty of proof that the Senate wasn't in recess long enough, formally speaking but so far they have backed off.

Newt said many years ago that if you go into the Senate cloakroom and say Mr. President every head in there would turn since they all consider themselves to be future Presidents. I don't think many of them feel like that these days.

Probably not, but I expect they can and should block all nominees going forward, tie legislation or anything else obama wants to rescinding these illegal appointments.

Oh, the minute the head of the new behemoth consumer division makes a rule, he will be sued.

You see, not only did obama violate the constitution with illegal recess appointments, he is breaking his own law of Dodd-Frank, where it STATES very CLEARLY, the dept head MUST be confirmed by the Senate.

You know, the Left is cheering this outrageous, illegal, political, partisan move by obama, but do they really think normal people look at what he is doing and approve?

Good luck. Congress can't even agree to extend a freaking tax break, and you expect them to Impeach Obama? Don't hold your breathe.
You guys act like he doesn't have the best legal advisers in the world! LOL...hello people.

1) Again, two words: John Bolton
2) Are you really too slow to understand what kind of vote it takes to impeach a president? How do you figure 41 Republicans will be able to become 51?

Again, what obama did falls OUTSIDE the normal recess appointment procedure. Why don't you check the facts first. Are you telling me you see no difference between what he did and a normal recess appointment?

Do you think the president can decide when the Senate is in session and when it is not?

"Aw man, we don't wanna let Obama make recess appointments. Who does he think he is? Any other president?"

"I know what we'll do! OK, so here's the plan: We're all going to leave Washington. We're going to go home to our families for the holidays. We're not going to show up for work. We're not going to vote on anything. We're not going to be around at all or conduct any business. But we'll SAY we aren't in recess, and then he won't be able to do it!"

"So let me get this straight - we won't be there, but we'll say we're there even though we're not there and we're not disputing that we're not actually there?"

"Totally!"

"Brilliant!"

Schoolyard BS.

Come on. You have to know that there is no way to impeach all those who are still alive because they haven't died yet. I merely said that the House should impeach him although the Senate will never throw him out.

Lawyers just can't keep the House from impeaching the outlaw President.

Please read the Constitution and then tell me what all those good lawyers will do for him.

Actually I don't think that many of you have any idea what impeachment proceedings amount to and how they take place. Please read the document so you can learn about this one thing.
