How could you be a unbiased juror if you are overtly and openly racist?

My company pays me my hourly rate for all jury duty, so I'd welcome that.

I'm confused. So, if she came out as being racist, why would the judge always want her to be on a jury? Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

I'm no legal expert, but I don't believe he can actually "sentence" her to serve jury dutyfor any length of time, let alone indefinitely.

Maybe the judge needs a remedial course in reasons to recuse.

That's probably it - he probably doesn't want to be the judge on a mob case.

If all comes out right, the judge and the juror can walk through central park holding hands with no fear.
