Pretty good, a little expensive, haven't been back in several weeks but did try it 2-3 times earlier on.

River Vue (Millcraft), where Mrs. Sobehart ended up renting a one-bedroom corner unit, already has signed leases on more than 40 percent of its units. Business news briefs: Babyland relocating - Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Downtown apartments plan

A Philadelphia developer is planning 241 apartments at the Regional Enterprise Tower on Sixth Avenue, Downtown. In redeveloping the former Alcoa Building, PMC Property Group will convert floors 14 to 31 into apartments and move all offices to the lower floors. It is reserving the lobby for retail or restaurant use. It also intends to upgrade the 59-year-old building's elevators and the heating and air conditioning systems. PMC, which purchased the building for $7 million in March, will brief the city planning commission on the renovations Tuesday.

PMC is responsible for so many cool projects here--hopefully they are looking for more.

Incidentally, Mellon Square is being renovated just in time, with PNC occupying the Mellon Bank Branch and PMC working on the ALCOA HQ.

That industry has too many taxes. The Onorato tax really put a hurt on. Nothing anyone can do. Not a good area for that kind of investment.
