My son is 4 turning 5 in october. Just started tk which is also his first classroom environment. His father and I are not together but we do live with my boyfriend. His father and step mother are divorcing and I'm sure he has seen some heavy arguing. He raises his fists to me, actually slapped me yesterday. He smiles as he does what I just asked him not to. And when asked why he misbehaves he has replied to multiple people with "bc it's fun" he even told me once he wanted to go to jail. It is impossible to even leave him in a room in the house alone for fear of him getting into what he knows damn well he shouldnt. I know he is jealous of my bf taking some attention away but he gets plenty as well. He is in trouble daily at school and I am so frustrated and worried I'm letting him get this way. I don't know what to do. He is seeing a counselor tomorrow.
