DUDE! That was absolutely hysterical. I have tears! Thanks Zim.

Who are they? That was great production, too.

If he has a chance, I highly recommend Olympic Nat'l Park (about 2 hours outside of the city) - absolutely gorgeous - rain forests, rocky beaches, snow covered peaks - truly amazing. How long is he going for?
He can come back whenever he wants. The goal is until the end of the summer. He may come back earlier. He may decide to live there. We won't know until he gets there. A few of his friends moved there recently. He has decided to join them. However long it lasts, we think it will be good for his anxiety.

Same here. We were planning to go on vacation, but hubby and I have decided to spend long weekends at our camp this summer. Multiple reasons: we can take the dogs, we need to work on the house, hubby still has physical therapy.

It's 100 acres two hours north of where we live. We'll fish in a great stream running through the property. Hubby says we can treat it like base-camp and go on day trips each day from there.

I'm looking forward to it. But I havent' been there in years and hubby has only been up a couple times a year for hunting and fishing.

Years ago, we spent almost every weekend up there. It's probably been about 10 years since we used the camp regularly. It would be nice if we can start making it a habit again.

Morning all. I can't get the video to load. Will try again later as a good laugh is always a good thing.

My Godless Communist MIL will be 90 in the Fall. She's helping plan her own bash so she called me last night. It's going to be a family reunion/birthday party.

Anybody want to help me pick out an outfit? I promise to find something wrong with anything you offer.

Morning -

Hopes, that sounds nice. I could totally go for something like that. We have nothing planned since we are saving for the big trip next summer.

I'm all for fruitless efforts! Give us your strict criteria and lets see what we can find for you to shoot down!

Hubby and his friends bought this property together when they were 20 years old. Can you imagine?!?! I sure wasn't that smart when I was 20!

We're down to two owners now, hubby and one friend. The rest have died. It's set up to to be passed down to the owners, not the owners' family members.

We need to change that now that we're down to two owners. We can't decided if we want to split the property 50/50, buy out the other owner, just let it remain passing between owners.

But Hubby wants to build our retirement house up there. I'm not so crazy about the idea. Maybe the idea will grow on me if I start spending time up there again.

In the garden, my Lambs Ear has relocated itself to the other side. It's all through the middle of my Becky Shasta Daisy. I've had both for ten years. I had no idea Lambs Ear can be invasive.
