Oh..I forgot you're in AZ! Yes- the humidity is a pain!

I get that humidity too. I hate when it is so bad that it makes interior doors swell up if your a/c goes out. Ugh. I would take 100 degree temps if it didn't include humidity.

I dread the humidity. It makes heat so much more uncomfortable. It's even uncomfortable when the humidity is high and it's not hot. Then it feels clammy.

I hate when the clothes in the closet and sheets on the bed feel damp.

I hate that the towels never seem to dry.

I hate that I SWEAT when I'm not even moving.

I hate that closed in feeling, like I can't breath, like the air is literally going to suffocate me.

Okay. My rant is over.

Thankfully, it's not humid right now. It's raining. That means a humid front is coming in. Rain either brings it or takes it away in my region.

Wait, are you telling me that a house can be tidy? I don't believe it. Now I think you are just making stuff up.

I dug out some of my music from the 70's and 80's and my long-suffering children drew the line at one of my faves Patti Smith - "She's sounds weird and freaky mom". There's just no accounting for taste. That's only the second time they disparaged my music, not bad I guess. I know it will change soon enough.

Haha - right there with you, num1baby!

I have high hopes for living like a civilized person again sometime in the future but for right now I feel like I'm camping, only with a roof! Speaking of camping: Zim - love the view from your tent! Hope you had fun!

Our dog is about 90% recovered, which is where she'll probably remain. Not bad for a "senior", but since she has been ill she has become a real PITA mamma's girl. It's a bit inconvenient seeing as she's 95lb. I think she wants to come back in her next life as a lap dog.

Ewag - thanks, we had a blast!
