I get dressed up for work every day and sometimes wear hose if it's cold...

Happy Friday everyone!

Los Vegas? Was that a keyboard malfunction?

Actually my "wardrobe malfunction" wasn't quite as serious as Janet Jackson's, at least mine wasn't broadcast nationwide, besides I was wearing something below the slacks!

Christmas Party at the real estate office gave me a chance to get 'dressed up'. I really enjoy going all out with dresses/hose/heels/jewelry, etc. Then the other side of me puts on the faded jeans and sweatshirts from one of my son's university days. Also, during hunting seasons have to dress totally differently. Plus, out in in the boondocks and barb wire fenced farms, kinda puts a damper on the dresses and hose bit.

Jeans or slacks come in handy then. Try crawling over and or under fences when you are out in a field. with a dress or skirt on. Or around cattle farms. Now hog farms, whoops, let's not go there. pun intended.

I wear a hose more often than not when wearing skirts.

But all this complete dressing up, let me guess... Hmmm, I guess it must have been when our friends married four years ago and then I didn't wear a hose b/c it was August and darn hot. So only a dress with bare shoulders and very high black sandals.

Okay, so who are all those people out there wearing these things, cuz it sure aint happening with the majority of CD members!

Last time for me was Sunday.

Karla- This place looks horrible from the outside, but the Veterans Thrift Shop on Beach gets new items from stores, as well as like-new donations. I bought four Liz Claiborne blouses- brand new- for between $2.98 and $3.98 each.....wore one with my skirt and hose on Sunday! We can shop for the hubster when we go to the nursery on Monday, if you want. Can't beat a ten buck men's suit!

I don't think I even own a dress! The last one I wore was about ... 10 plus years ago. As for pantyhose ... hate the things. I'd rather wear hot pink spandex in 100 degree weather!!

I'm totally with you!! I hate panty hose. I didn't even wear them for my wedding... Why bother, nobody could see my legs anyway. Actually... I didn't even have to wear a bra either. Hmm... that was a good day.
