can't you find a cheaper place to live? Meaning a lower cost of living area. They do exist. And no, they're not all slums.

** I am or was in lower rent region but since last winter covid driven greed has nearly doubled average rents. ALOT of people looking in same situation plus alot of evicted people and people leaving big cities coming to mtns makes finding a house or mobile home that fits my income budget hard. Sick of apartments/rooms that make for misery via drunks, dopers, criminals, non English speaking illegals, arguing, cops coming constantly, landlords that only worry about $$$ not keeping order or decent tenants.

I'm wondering if two days is enough clamped drying time for the Gorilla wood glue to firmly set the new bridge on my new-to-me used Fender 12-string? I'm thinking the three more days unclamped but unstrung before my new strings come in won't hurt?

** I have same problem, wherever I go they find me. I could go to the dark side of the moon and within 72 hrs a cat would be rubbing my leg pitifully meowing. I can't ignore a feral kittyperson as I was once homeless and understand what not having a home or anybody that cares feels like. I have a mommycat and her 3 babes i feed and give attention to. I dam those who dump/abandon kitties they should be flogged in public and taken way out many miles from anywhere and dumped with no shoes....

This has always been a family and animal street and neighborhood and I rescue fostered for 5 or 6 years with sometimes 7 at once but never had a problem or calls complaints from neighbors. The lady next door they had two shelties, gone for a while and she set up with dog house on the back porch no one could really see it and feral cats came and on her own time and dime if the Humane place couldn't she got each of them fixed. Now the one would hang out front but never bugged the dogs.

Well, new jacknuts move in across the street and turned her in and instead of paying to get them spayed and neutered she had to pay a fine. I was going to start leaving tuna and stuff in his yard at night.
