UGH today is already beyond SUCKING!!! My Epson printer is now rejecting my refurbished printer ink that I've been using for years because I did a firmware update. I found out there's a lawsuit again Epson for this. So now I have to go and buy ALL NEW INK AT $30 PER COLOR ($120) to get this dam thing to work!!! I have documents I have to print out for the HELOC I'm applying for that have to be sent in TODAY
THEN I can't get the lady for the HELOC to call me back when I have questions on the proposal she sent me. I HAVE to get this going today as I've got contractors waiting on me to sign contracts to get me on the books and to get everything going.
On top of that, I called 3 different same branches of a local bank to talk to them about a HELOC and NOT ONE LOAN OFFICER CALLED ME BACK!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

Which makes me wonder... Where's "KathrynAragon" been for the last two months? She hasn't posted anywhere on city data and she used to post a lot, in a lot of forums. Is she gone for good?
