I can't remember the last time I had a bath! That sounds really bad. What I mean to say, is that I always have a shower instead!

I've actually got a radio in my bathroom. But the problem is, to listen to it when I'm in the shower, I need to put the volume up full blast.

Well I've just spent 20 minutes in the tub, (stayed awake!); had a quick shower. And am now in my dressing gown, with towel wrapped round my noggin' watching "House of Cards"

Lemme think LC...... I used to go for my dad's cigs in the early 60s. I was about 7 years old, and used to ride my scooter to the shops. It was hard work going, but coasting back downhill........ 20 Senior Service untipped cigarettes were about 3 shillings. In modern money that is 15p. So 10 untipped cigs were about 7 and a half pence.

It's so funny isn't it. The shopkeeper could just see the top of my head about the counter, as I squeaked "20 Senior Service please........ and a quarter pound of pineapple chunks......"

When I started smoking proper ( 21/22ish ) it was about a fiver or around for 20 but now!!!!

I was in the process of giving up and now I'm only a social smoker but think I'll wait a bit

Wouldn't be surprised if the tax went down a bit .... And compared to other parts of the world where it's 80p LOL.....

The 70s it was all Piccadilly I thought.... Thinking you were all jack regan!!!
